Terms of sale

$29/month per named user, flat. Extra named users are the same $29/month. Pay a full year and the total is 10% off ($313.20 per user).

14-day free trial. A card is collected at signup. There is no charge until day 15. The plan then auto-charges unless canceled before the trial ends.

Sign-in. Each named user signs in with a work email and password. Guest and anonymous access are not permitted. Two-step verification (authenticator or backup code) is optional.

No shared logins. One person may be signed in on a named user at a time. A second window or device using the same user is signed out. Extra people need a $29 seat with their own email and password.

The book lives on the buyer’s computer unless exported. OpenDesk is not a HIPAA-certified vault. Card-on-file in the desk stores last 4 and expiry only. OpenDesk is not a live carrier rater — quotes are entered by the agency.

Monthly and annual plans renew until canceled. Cancel during the trial and day 15 does not bill.
